 We examine the facts and circumstances of each case before we commit to serving as an expert. After examining and evaluation of the facts of each case we will be the first to advise you if we do not believe we can be of assistance in your position.

 Issues such as the standard of care for an insurance broker/agent or producer are unique based on the facts of each case, and require objectivity, experience and years of background to evaluate. We pride ourselves on our experience and will offer only strong testimony based on that experience.

 If we do not have the necessary experience or expertise for a specific case we often times make referrals to other insurance professionals who have the necessary skill sets and experience.

 It is our strong philosophy that truth is the foundation of successful testimony and we will not compromise our standards or reputation to offer testimony that we personally do not feel is truthful.
